I am a Coach: RRCA Certified levels I and II Running Coach with 12 years of coaching experience.
 
 
 
I am an Endurance Athlete: Over 16 years of experience as a runner, triathlete, duathlete, elite stairclimber, and Team USA member.
 
 
Based in Illinois, training in Illinois and Colorado.

Who it is for:
 
The motivated runner who is self-sufficient but wants a structured plan and some accountability. This package provides a foundational plan for the runner who wants to "train smarter, not harder" without the full investment of one-on-one coaching.
 
 
What you get:
  • Customized Training Plan: A personalized 12-16 week plan that fits your specific goals, fitness level, and time constraints. The plan will be delivered through TrainingPeaks and loaded monthly for the upcoming month.
  • Initial Athlete Consultation: A 30-minute intake call to discuss your goals, history, and life schedule.
  • Monthly Check-in: An end-of-month review to adjust the upcoming month.
  • Limited Communication: Support is limited to one email or text per week for a quick questions.

The Coaching Partnership
 
Who it is For:
 
The dedicated runner who is serious about improving or maintaining performance and running for life. This package offers a true partnership with a coach and one-on-one coaching. Great for progression towards both medium and longer-term goals, developing a longer-term, deeper relationship with an expert coach who knows you well.
 
What you get:
  • Customized, Dynamic Plan: A dynamic personalized 12-16 week plan (loaded weekly) delivered through a training platform, Training Peak. The plan is adjusted on a weekly basis based on your progress, schedule, and recovery.
  • Initial Athlete Consultation: 60-minute intake call to discuss your goals, history, and life schedule.
  • Regular Communication: Regular check-ins, feedback, and communications in Training Peaks or text for quick questions.
  • Weekly Notes: Weekly notes post review of the past week’s training and plan the week ahead.
  • Holistic Guidance: This package includes strength training workouts, cross-training options such as biking, stairmaster, and swimming, prehab exercises, and recovery strategies.
  • Race Strategy & Tapering: Guidance for race-day execution, including nutrition and pacing strategies.
